voluntarily provide to us such as name, address, contact information, playing
experience, participation in pre-formed groups, meal preferences, and payment
information. All personal information that you provide to us must be true,
complete, and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes to such
personal information.

Like many organizations, we also collect information through
cookies and similar technologies. Information, such as IP address and/or
browser and device characteristic, is collected automatically when you visit
our Sites. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and
operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes

business interests, the organization or workshops, compliance with our legal obligations,

  • To select participants for our workshops and
    allocate them to chamber groups appropriate with their preferences and playing
    experience.

    applicants, participants, and coaches.
  • To provide meals and refreshments consistent
    with your preferences.
  • To send communications regarding upcoming
    workshops and events. You can opt-out of our emails at any time (see below).
  • To send administrative information to you for Organizational
    Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or for Contractual Purposes.
  • To request feedback about your use of our Sites,
    events, and workshops for our Organizational Purposes
    and/or with your Consent.
  • To protect our Sites for Organizational Purposes
    and/or for Legal Reasons. We may use your information as part of our efforts to
    keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and
    prevention).

With the permission of parents 
or guardians, we do solicit data from children under 18 years of age who apply
to participate in our workshops.
